But may we respectfully ask whether you might consider supporting (or continuing to support) us this year?</br></br> In order to present music that you, and we, all enjoy, we depend on being able to hire music. We have been told that, unfortunately, music hire charges are to rise considerably this year, and our budget and ability to plan will be affected accordingly.</br></br> We enjoy two main kinds of support: financial support, and seats filled with appreciative audiences! So we run two complementary schemes to enable you to support us in these ways.</br></br> -> Become a  Friend of the MSO . In return for a suggested minimum annual donation of £15, friends are acknowledged in the programme, may have first choice of seats, and are welcomed to an annual reception. (Business Sponsorships also very welcome.)</br></br> -> Buy season tickets for all our concerts. In return for this commitment, we will give you a discount - normally £1 per concert - and first choice of seats. This year, season ticket reductions apply to all four concerts.
